In addition to the awesome wedding as birthday, the family threw Mira a first birthday party.

Our sizable Atlanta contingent was complimented by Mira’s Maryland uncle and aunt, her New Delhi uncle and aunt, and her Chicago great uncle and aunt.

When I was Mira’s age, a family gathering was 5 - 6 people. Ten if you included the close family friends. Everyone else either lived on a different continent or hadn’t been born yet. Now a family gathering is nearly 30 people with more on the way!
