Options are only good when other people don't have them #voteNoOn1

The punchline of today’s Dilbert comic sums up why Georgia’s business interests want us to pass this amendment. In a free labor market, employees can find other (or make other) competitive jobs once their interests no longer align with that of their employers. Even a trivial employment lawsuit can cost a company $500k to defend against. An employee that has recently worked in any relevant field will simply become too expensive to hire, at any salary. You won’t have any options left.

Vote no on Amendment #1 and make sure you tell your friends as well.
